Decent on a budget but has issues. Liked: The location is great and the room was very clean. There is a decent refrigerator and microwave in the room. The water pressure was nice. Disliked: There were so many water stains and repairs to the ceiling. The sink is not inside the bathroom, it’s beside a bed in the main room. They only give 2 bath towels for each room. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything nextdoor, even quiet conversations. Stink bugs got in the room constantly in 2s & 3s at a time. We spent a lot of time getting rid of them. The breakfast area is not a place anyone would eat and the breakfast is minimal.

Friendly staff. Decent folks staying there. Quiet, clean but old and outdated. Liked: The room was clean as a whistle. Disliked: I could hear occupants in the adjoining room talking in the morning. (Not at night.) There were a couple of flies in the room that I had to kill. But frankly, I may have let them in when we entered. The place was simply old and outdated but clean. In this case, I thought it was a pretty good value. Housekeeping had the room very clean. I've stayed in nice hotels in the area that were not so clean. Staff was friendly. It's not the Ritz Carlton. But it's better than a really nice tent.
